E-Mail Communication
Customers have the ability to communicate to Heritage Bank employees through e-mail over the Internet; however, e-mail sent through the Internet is not secure. Thus, do not use e-mail to send us confidential information such as credit card numbers, Personal Identification Numbers (PINs), passwords or other sensitive information. When communication to the bank contains confidences and secrets of customers or time-sensitive instructions, customers should consider more secure or time-sensitive means of communication. Heritage Bank does not solicit confidential information through emails and will not give out confidential information if received.
